Pregnant HR manager wins tribunal as boss sends laughing emojis after sacking her

A HR manager has been awarded over £21,000 in a tribunal after her manager sent her laughing emojis after making her redundant.

Mahnaz Rezvani, started working as an HR executive at the Africa Health Research Organisation (Ahro) in Glasgow in February 2023. When, she feels, she was unfairly terminated from the organisation when her manager found out she was pregnant.
