How IKEA stopped its staff from quitting and solved its turnover crisis

IKEA revealed how it stopped its workforce from leaving the company during a period of high turnover and poor retention.

Reportedly, by 2022, more than a third of the Swedish furniture company’s staff were leaving every year – this amounted to more than 62,000 workers globally quitting annually.
