Aston Martin gives staff £1k cost-of-living bonus & cuts working hours to boost work-life balance

Aston Martin is poised to raise staff wages, provide an extra one-off cost-of-living payment and cut working hours in a bid to boost productivity and employee wellbeing.

The British luxury car maker announced it has “completed a new long-term agreement to increase pay and reduce the contractual hours of manufacturing technicians in 2025 to promote a positive work-life balance.”
