The coronavirus pandemic has sparked a step change in how employers and employees view the world of work. Increasingly, and on the back of this shift, there is an appetite for an ability to flex between office and homeworking as data has shown.
In fact, earlier this year, the BBC quizzed 50 of the UK’s largest firms including Aviva and WPP, finding that circa 43 of the employers polled said they would embrace a mix of working from home and the office.
