Netflix’s disruption of the media sector has driven the brand to the upper echelons of thought leadership. However, a former Netflix executive has claimed that the internal practices for which Netflix has previously been commended for are not as they seem – Variety.com reported.
Tania Zarak, who worked for the company as a manager in the International Originals division, is now suing the company after claiming that disclosing her pregnancy in November 2018 resulted in her being fired.
