Despite the circulation of articles praising enviable employee perks in the workplace, 57% of the British public do not consider employee perks and benefits when looking for jobs.

The survey, conducted by Direct365 found that only 40% of 18-24 year olds claim they are interested in job perks, showing more interest in peer recognition and general job satisfaction.
