Just two per cent of FTSE 350 companies have a dedicated digital or technology representative on their Board, according to a study by Russam GMS.
Of all the Boards of the FTSE 350 companies, just eight represented a dedicated digital or technology specialist, such as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The firms included PayPoint, BHP Billiton and Hargreaves Lansdown.
