Tinder used to recruit top talent

The CEO of a London-based company has revealed her rather unusual method of sourcing talent. Instead of relying on conventional career-oriented platforms like LinkedIn, Ariella Young prefers to use Tinder.

The 30-year old is the Founder and CEO of Mychefit. It is a platform that sends chefs to cook in people’s homes. Young has revealed that she has found at least two chefs through Tinder.
