If you are thinking about using video recruitment, then think again. Many candidates drop out of the process if they are told that a video interview is required.
That is according to Foosle. The video recruitment site recently published a survey. It revealed that while most millennials see themselves as tech-savvy, they seem to shun using modern technological ways of applying for jobs in favour of more traditional methods. Only eight per cent had used video technology as a part of a hiring process.
