The Institute of Directors (IoD) believes that employment tribunal cases are in need of “radical reform”, arguing that current reforms don’t do enough to prevent weak claims.
According to their research, 35% of IoD members have had a claim against them, but, of those cases, only nine per-cent were won by the claimant. As a result, the IoD has handed a three-point plan of action to the government to prevent the number of weak claims.
